Initiating, maintaining, reviewing, and revising policies and procedures for the general operations of the Compliance Program and its related activities to quality, health, and Safety Standards.
Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedure. Developing and overseeing the system for uniform handling of such violations
Preparing the requirement for the prequalification and tender submittals.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
Facility Management, Building MANAGEMENT, HVAC maintENAnce, Plumbing, electrical testing, and commISsioning TYPICALLY DO THE FOLLOWING:
Being up-to-date on market leads, tenders, to ensure the participation.
Identify potential clients in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and service needs
Maintaining the business relation with CLIENTS (Facilities Management, Owners Association, Government Sector, Banks, Schools Factories etc) to ensure the participation in all of the tenders being open to quote for the scope of work.
Ensure the timely renewals of AMCs by matching the requirements of property to ensure building safety. Consistent client visits to acquire leads from existing portfolio to add more AMC/Fitout jobs.
ADMIN COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATION : MASTERS / BACHELORS IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED
EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN UAE / GCC WITH ORGANIZATIONS HAVING MORE THAN 200 EMPLOYEES (PREFERABLY CONSTRUCTION / FACILITIES MAINTENANCE)
DESIRED PROFILE : CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION OR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COMPANIES WITH GOOD COMMAND OVER ENGLISH (SPEAKING AND WRITING), ARABIC IS A DEFINITE PLUS. PROVEN TRACK RECORD WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING LARGE WORKFORCE. MULTITASKING AND ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING ADMINISTRATIVE, CLERICAL AND SALES SUPPORT DUTIES AS WELL AS PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THE ORGANIZATION BY ASSISTING IN DAILY OFFICE NEEDS.

ORGANIZING AND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.
RECEIVING VISITORS AND HANDLING THEIR QUERIES
ARRANGING CONFERENCE CALLS FOR DIRECTORS AND MANAGERS
MAKING BUSINESS TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR DIRECTORS, MANAGERS AND INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYEES.
SCHEDULING EXTERNAL BUSINESS MEETINGS FOR DIRECTORS AND MANAGERS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR EMPLOYEE LEAVES’ UPDATES.
SUPPORTING THE HR DEPARTMENT IN MAINTAINING STAFF FILES, MONITORING OF STAFF VISAS, SCHEDULING MEDICAL FOR EMPLOYEES.
SUPPORTING THE PRO IN PREPARING THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR NEW APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS AS WELL AS OTHER GOVERNMENT/ LABOR RELATED WORKS.
ASSISTING THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WHEN REQUIRED FOR SPECIFIC BILL PAYMENTS
PREPARATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
UPDATING OFFICE POLICIES AND COMMUNICATION BOARD AS NEEDED.
MANAGING COMPANY CARS (BOOKING FOR SERVICE, PROCESSING QUOTES FOR APPROVAL, MONITORING THE LICENSE AND INSURANCE VALIDITY, PENALTIES & SALIK)
ASSISTING EMPLOYEES TO RESOLVE THEIR QUERIES/CONCERNS THAT RELATED TO THE ADMIN ROLE.
CONSTANTLY CHECKING IF THERE’S A REQUIREMENT FOR RESOURCES FOR EMPLOYEES (BUSINESS CARDS, STATIONARY, ETC.)
MAINTAINING AND ORDERING OFFICE SUPPLIES THROUGH THE PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT.
PREPARING MEETING AGENDAS, RECORDS, DISTRIBUTING MEETING MINUTES AND MAINTAINING DOCUMENTED INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
COLLATING EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE DATA AND UPDATING THE SYSTEM.
LIAISING WITH OFFICE DRIVERS TO ARRANGE THE WORK EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH THE PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT.
CONTRIBUTING TO TEAM EFFORT AS REQUIRED BY THE LINE MANAGER.
