Morley-IAS is Honeywell's intelligent addressable platform for commercial buildings — addressable performance with straightforward field programming and open protocol support. As an official authorized distributor for Honeywell Fire and Life Safety, General International Group supplies, designs, installs, commissions and maintains Morley-IAS systems across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
The Morley-IAS Range
Two panel families and a genuinely open device protocol — so the system can be sized to the building instead of the building being sized to the panel.
DXc Range
The flagship Morley-IAS panel. Supports up to 198 devices per loop, programmable inputs, Type B coincidence, seven-day timers and custom site logos on the display. Peer-to-peer networking across up to 16 loops makes it the choice for phased or multi-block developments.
ZX Se Range
ZX1/2 Se delivers one or two fixed loops for compact buildings; ZX5 Se scales from one to five loops. Both support master-slave networking of up to 99 panels — ideal for villa compounds, labour accommodations and multi-tower residential estates.
Multi-Protocol Freedom
Morley-IAS panels run industry-standard device protocols: 126 addresses per loop on Apollo and Hochiki, and up to 198 on System Sensor and Morley devices. That means refurbishment projects can often reuse existing field devices instead of rewiring the whole building.
Integration with VESDA & ELV
Where standard spot detectors are too slow — server rooms, atriums, high-bay stores — VESDA aspirating detection reports into the same fire network. GIG delivers the fire alarm, the aspirating detection and the ELV integration as a single engineered package.
