Vacancy: Store In-Charge / Warehouse Officer

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Store In-Charge / Warehouse Officer to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, material receiving and issuance, and ensuring accurate stock records for Fire & Life Safety, ELV, MEP, and water treatment projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials
✔ Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and supplier documentation before processing in the ERP system
✔ Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
✔ Ensure materials are stored safely, properly labelled, and organized for easy identification and retrieval
✔ Issue materials only against approved Material Requisitions (MRs/MRVs) while maintaining accurate stock records
✔ Perform regular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with ERP records, and investigate discrepancies
✔ Prepare inventory, stock movement, and material consumption reports while monitoring minimum stock levels
✔ Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Site Teams to ensure timely material availability and replenishment
✔ Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accurate warehouse documentation

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or store management, preferably within Fire Protection, MEP, ELV, Construction, or Engineering industries
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) and inventory management processes
✔ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, material handling, and inventory reconciliation
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
